EXHIBITORS – COST
Attendance is on a first come, first-serve basis as there are limited numbers. Access to the online system is on 5 February 2024.
Costs for 2024 will be published at end 2023 once finalised. (2023 costs were: ZAR 10 350 (USD 750) per person per diary/calendar)
If you require additional diaries/calendars, these will be at an additional cost (TBD) per diary.

It really is a great show and it is refreshing to talk positively about our industry after this awful year. It has been very good value so far and with most of us worldwide not having any income for 12 months costs will be a concern for many months to come. Fab show again, thank you
It was a joy to take part in the show, a much needed change of (virtual) scenery, loved having a catch up with all the agents who we haven’t seen in so long and connecting with many many new contacts. I think any of the difficulties we had with scheduling were far out weighed by how valuable it was for us. Certainly a great mood booster as well!

I really think that you have done a lot for our Tourism sector and can be proud of your contribution.
The affordability is one important factor. We are too small and cannot afford the big shows as it costs over $10000 to attend in person. Many small companies might only be able to do one show. For us, OurAfrica is a god-send and there must be many other companies in the same position.
Also it is the only trade show where being a DMC puts you on equal footing and importance as the suppliers. With the big shows, pure DMC’s are a complete disadvantage.
I think the time for the big expensive shows it probably coming to a conclusion and they will need to change the way they operate so you are well placed to be ahead of the curve on this.
I would also be wary of having it too often when the other trade shows get going again, as there is only so much time a company without an fully equipped and manned marketing department are able to put aside. Plus you do not want to compete with the times that are already traditionally bagged by the main international shows
The calibre and quantity of buyers from all the key source markets. All my meetings turned up, not one no show.
Thank you for an amazing show… we weren’t inundated with meetings, but what we did have, it was great quality. We also love that you allowed for “CAUSES” to be displayed… we managed to take 5minutes of our 15minutes to discuss our alignment with the Do More Foundation.
