David and Charlotte, the company owners and directors came out to Namibia as a geologist (and pilot) and an environmental scientist. Neither of them started with a history in tourism but rather in conservation, and we are very proud of the fact that their respective backgrounds have directed the company ethos since the outset. We are the local experts, with a genuine love for the region, and we only ever utilise properties, services, and guides that we know and trust intimately, and that meet our own exacting standards.
We are completely independent of any lodge group which means we do not have loyalty to any specific establishments and can sell to your customer’s needs. All travellers are given a mobile phone, pre-programmed with each lodge number, upon arrival and our telephone lines are truly 24/7 with a consultant always available. For self-drive clients, we offer the most comprehensive 4×4 vehicle hire available in Namibia, and as we check every car individually, we can guarantee its safety and quality. We offer a concierge-type service to all clients in country; making dinner reservations or booking additional activities for guests while they are travelling.
