Discover Virunga

Discover Virunga is a boutique destination management company that was born out of our experience in running an independent boutique resort in Kisoro near Mgahinga and Bwindi National parks. While at our boutique Lake Chahafi Resort we offer great experiences to the guests . We have expanded our horizon into a DMC to tailor and curate travel experiences to agents and prospective cutomers. The team is headed by Nelson Mugisha the product owner of both Discover Virunga and Lake Chahafi Resort limited.

We have a combined experience of ten years in hospitality and have negotiated special offers with our partner accommodations to give the best to our clients. We don’t offer an off shelf package but we listen to our prospective clients’ needs and to put together a package that meets their expectation.

We respond to inquiries within the shortest time possible and we are very flexible with the guest requirements but give advise on what is possible with out breaking our prospective guests in terms of time, availability and resources.
