| Makanyi Private Game Lodge is a luxury 8 suite lodge in a remote sector of the Timbavati Nature Reserve, South Africa. As part of the Greater Kruger National Park ecosystem, game abounds as we’re unfenced to the park and our private area of the Timbavati affords superb game viewing opportunities, especially for photography. We have 7 luxury suites, 2 with private plunge pools and a further Marula Suite which is actually 2 bedrooms with a separate lounge area, its own pool and private boma too, ideal for couples travelling together or a family with teenage children. The lodge is all-inclusive and every meal is a la carte with daily menu changes from our creative kitchen team. Makanyi Private Game Reserve is perfect choice for honeymooners as we don’t accept children under 14 and every suite is afforded privacy with a dramatic view into the bush or down to our own private water hole. If you’re looking to celebrate a multi-generational party then Makanyi works a treat as we only accept a maximum of 16 guests and a takeover of the lodge enables us to really create some memorable moments as we also have our own professional photographer working at the lodge to capture those special memories for you. |
