The resort’s feel is contemporary whilst drawing on Africa’s heritage. The rooms and suites are the largest in Cape Town, and all have a private terrace or balcony. The rooms in the Marina Rise have panoramic views of Table Mountain, and the rooms on the resort’s adjoining island have a distinctive resort feel and convenient access to the infinity pool and Spa Island.

The resort’s main pool area features an infinity-edge swimming pool, a private sitting area with double chaise lounges for sunbathing, and shaded trellis pavilions.
The One&Only Spa, set on its own private island, offers 12 treatment suites for single and couple’s treatments. 2 vitality pools complement the relaxation spaces, sauna, and steam rooms, and a relaxation lounge offers snacks and beverages.

The Fitness Centre, located in the main resort building, features state-of-the-art fitness equipment from Technogym®. There are spacious studios for Yoga and Pilates as well as a dedicated Kinesis training room. Qualified Personal Trainers may be booked by guests for assessments and individual training sessions
One&Only Cape Town also has a KidsOnly Club for younger guests from 4 years. This offers both indoor and outdoor games and activities, as well as full and half-day programmes.

For guests with a large function in mind, there is an extensive Ballroom, ideal for cocktail parties and formal dinners. For meetings, the adjacent Meeting Room and the Business Centre Boardroom are available
The signature restaurant on the resort is Nobu, the only one in Africa. Also available in the lounge, bar, and deck is known as Vista and the casual dining restaurant, Isola. A treat for wine lovers is the impressive tri-level Wine Loft and tasting room. Between these, the banqueting department and the 24hr in-room dining, every culinary wish can be fulfilled.
