The Maps Edge

The Map’s Edge is an owner-managed, specialized, pure tour operator, set up 12 years ago, based in northern Tanzania. We design FIT itineraries covering the whole country, ranging from the medium wallet up to the very top-end luxury. We do not own camps so all our recommendations are impartial and based on clients’ interests, budgets, and the best game for their window of travel. We value good guiding above all, and our guides are knowledgeable, dedicated, and fun to be with. We have all been involved in Tanzania tourism, in various aspects for 25 years, so there is not much we have not seen or done during that time and this has led us to a firm commitment to promote responsible tourism.
