guests marvel at the beauty and biodiversity that exists on the doorstep of our exquisite 4-star Boutique Bush Lodge.

Unembeza Boutique Lodge & Spa is situated on the greenbelt of the Hoedspruit Wildlife Estate with our closest neighbours being

free roaming general game such as Giraffes, Zebra, Kudu and Warthogs. The absence of Big 5, allow our guests to explore nature

and discover their inner nature guide either on foot or on a mountain bike outing. We offer a selection of custom safari’s, tours,

and other activities.

Unembeza in the local African dialect means “consciousness” or “awareness”, and in keeping with our name, we strive to be a

sustainable tourism destination, focusing on taking care of our planet and its people. To reduce our carbon footprint and to keep

our essential electrical systems functioning during loadshedding, we have installed a state of the art solar and battery-operated

backup system.

All our meals are home-made, using as many organic ingredients as possible. Our wines are also carefully selected from sustainably

managed vineyards.
