Ycona is a slice of Heaven on the Island of Zanzibar, a booming paradise in the hospitality sector, accurately designed around the couple’s celebration.

Started mid-2019, Ycona Luxury Resort will open to the public mid-2023, after 4 years of construction.

The project, spread over an amazing jungle of over 60,000sqm with 500m of white soft sandy beach, includes 40 independent villas, a modern and stylish beach lounge, 4 restaurants, an underground wine cellar, a gym, a spa with a yoga patio. The Guests will enjoy the luxuriant nature relaxing around tropical lake, a botanic and spice garden and much more.

The tropical environment and the uncontaminated nature inspired the team to design renewable energy eco-buildings where quality, modern style, privacy and eco-sustainability represent the basis of the project.
