From the middle of March guests will be able to soak up the sunshine and superb scenery in a large jacuzzi which is being added by the main pool at the Manor House.  What could be better than relaxing in the bubbles whilst stargazing under the spectacular African night sky.

For those who prefer to relax at one of the property’s three exquisite villas, there is a choice of two private pools – with the option to heat the pool on the front deck. Two pools, two temperature options per villa. Now that’s the good life.

It’s about creating extra little opportunities for more happy moments that become treasured memories. A jacuzzi and heated villa pools will beautifully complement the extensive existing offerings.

Sustainability…

Ludus Magnus is proud to be 100% off-the-grid and generates its own electricity with 266 solar panels.  A borehole delivers potable water and black and grey water is treated on site.  Guests can wander around the estate to see beautiful renewable food sources including 14 citrus tree varieties along the Vitamin C running trail. There are also plum, avocado, litchi, mango, banana, pear and macadamia trees, an olive grove and Shiraz vineyard. All farm irrigation is done via drip.  Spot the active beehives and pop by the owners’ beloved fur, feathered and shelled family to meet their gorgeous rescue donkeys, tortoises, chickens and horses.
