GONDWANA COLLECTION TO RELAUNCH OKAPUKA SAFARI LODGE

The well-known Okapuka Game Ranch situated just 30 minutes outside of Windhoek, recently entered an exciting joint venture with Gondwana Collection Namibia. One of Namibia’s staple safari destinations  – this “must-see” property has since been enjoying an extensive renovation – and will reopen on 2 April 2023, renamed as Okapuka Safari Lodge.

The work done will perfectly mix the age-old tradition of an African Safari, which Okapuka is renowned for with some modern touches and promises to be “unrecognisable”.   Something that Gondwana has mastered is blending establishments seamlessly into their location and the vast and rich cultures of the area – honouring its past and people  – but bringing it into the future.

The lodge offers stunning mountain views and dry rivers, that flow only  after rains in the mountains. It is the perfect start or end to a Namibian itinerary.  With everything well on track, Gondwana and the Okapuka team cannot wait to welcome their first guests as in April.
