YCONA – NEW ECO RESORT IN ZANZIBAR OPENS MID 2023

Ycona Luxury Resort is a brand new, family-owned boutique eco-resort due to launch mid-2023 on the East Coast of Zanzibar in the Marumbi area.

Forty independent villas, spread over 60,000 sqm, will be on offer including luxury beach eco-villas, luxury family villas (2 or 3 bedrooms) and jungle suites – each with its own private garden, pool, jacuzzi and panoramic rooftop to enjoy the stunning views over the Indian Ocean. The villas will be modern in design –  with an African feel, promoting privacy, immersion into nature and romance.
